Transform the seasonal bounty of your garden (or the local farmer’s market) into vibrant, crunchy, and tangy delights that last all year long! Whether you are a gardening enthusiast looking to manage a harvest or a food lover eager to create custom condiments, this class will cover the essential techniques to safely pickle a wide variety of produce.

When: Saturday, July 18th, from 9am to 12pm (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)
