Join us for the free East Bay Public Gardens Open House to discover the beauty and benefits of water-wise gardens. Visit a nearby garden for expert tips, garden tours, and resources.

In collaboration with EBMUD, CCWD, and UC Master Gardeners of Contra Costa County and Alameda.

Several gardens will be featured. Master Gardeners of Contra Costa County will open their doors at:
  • Our Garden, in Walnut Creek covering topics on soil health, composting, and low water/perimeter planting, as well as a firewise talk, presented by Steve Danziger.
  • Richmond Low Water Garden: covering topics on low-water planting, mulch, and irrigation.
