Beautiful flowers enhance our gardens. They can also enhance our vegetable beds and our food. Many flowers are edible and a wide variety of flowers grow year-round in sun through shade. They can grow in your ornamental gardens, vegetable beds, containers, and in your home.

Join Master Gardener Holly Sauer to learn growing tips for healthy, beautiful flowers, safety tips for selecting and preparing them, and how to harvest and store your edible flowers.

Holly has been a Master Gardener since 2015, supporting the Speakers Bureau by creating and presenting webinars and in person talks, and planning our annual webinar schedule. Holly has also worked in Community Gardens, New Volunteer Training, Growing Gardeners and as a member of the our executive leadership committee. Holly loves to learn about gardening, researching topics and sharing what she learns with others. When visiting community gardens, Holly was frequently asked what flowers to plant with vegetables and this presentation was born!
