About the Event

The category of Asian vegetables includes a wide array of vegetables that are most popular at ethnic Asian markets. Many of these vegetables are gaining mainstream culinary followings as well. In Santa Clara County, we can grow many of them. Join UC Master Gardener Emily Maslyn who will discuss which Asian vegetables can be grown in the fall.

The talk will be followed by a tour (11 am to Noon) of the community garden and UC Master Gardener demonstration garden. UC Master Gardeners will be available to answer garden questions.

Please bring a chair, water, and a hat to the talk.

Parking: There is a parking lot with about 20 spaces at McClellan Ranch Preserve and an overflow parking lot with 30+ spaces, and 1 accessible space a short distance heading West of McClellan Ranch Road. The overflow parking is on the right.
