The Basics
The HR Help Center is the place to request, monitor and track actions. You are able to submit actions or requests for a variety of HR-related tasks such as the following: (re)classification, recruitment, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, leave of absences, workers compensation, affirmative action, etc.
To get access to Zendesk, simply click on the link above or log into the UC ANR Portal and select “HR Help.”
Job Builder utilizes the Career Tracks standards for our position descriptions. Currently, this is where to go to build PDs for non-represented staff. Represented positions will be implemented soon; until then, those are created using either CATS or our accelerated hire PDs, depeinding on the job title.
Classification Applicant Tracking System (CATS):
CATS is the system where we used to post recruitments, maintain employee position descriptions, and track applicants.
Now, this system should only be used to look up prior PDs to transfer them to Job Builder, or to build represented position descriptions.
