What is Project Board?

Project Board is a new online environment that integrates academic program review, civil rights compliance, and organizational reporting requirements. Project Board aims to have an easy user interface, reduce duplicative reporting efforts, and provide new searching and querying features that facilitate collaboration.

Calendar

System Opening & Due Dates

For CE Specialists with campus merit + promotion:

  • The system is open year-round.
  • Full time equivalent (FTE) reporting is due for a snapshot on June 28, 2019 at 5PM for the state fiscal year that is ending (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019).
  • Due date is March 1, 2020 for activities, projects, and outcomes that occurred during October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019.
  • Trainings TBA.

For academic with ANR merit + promotion:

  • The system is open year-round.
  • Full time equivalent (FTE) reporting is due for a snapshot on June 28, 2019 at 5PM for the state fiscal year that is ending (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019).
  • Due date is February 1, 2020 for activities, projects, and outcomes that occurred during October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019.
  • Trainings and tips for 2019 reporting are coming soon!
