What is Project Board?

Project Board is a new online environment that integrates academic program review, civil rights compliance, and organizational reporting requirements. Project Board aims to have an easy user interface, reduce duplicative reporting efforts, and provide new searching and querying features that facilitate collaboration.

System Opening & Due Dates

For CE Specialists with campus merit + promotion processes:

  • The system launched August, 31, 2018.
  • Due date is March 1, 2019 for activities, projects, and outcomes that occurred during October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018.

For academic titles with ANR merit + promotion processes:

  • The system is open and specific tips for updating your information for FFY2019 are coming soon.
  • FFY2019 due dates coming soon.

 

 

Monthly Technical Assistance Zoom Drop-In

For CE Specialists with campus merit + promotion: Every third Wednesday from 1-2PM (August 2018 - February 2019 confirmed; future dates TBA).
