Steps to register for The Volunteer Retreat:

1. Review the pre-retreat workshops and certification classes

The pre-retreat workshops will be on Friday, November 8th. Workshops range from six to eight hours. If you plan to attend, you can register for these workshops in your Retreat registration.

2. Register for the Retreat 

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Register online for The Volunteer Retreat, pre-retreat workshops, and day use fee (if you are not staying at the hotel).

Registration for the entire conference is $97 (if staying at Asilomar).  You can reserve your accommodations separately below for an additional fee.

The day use fee (if not staying at Asilomar) of $150 per day covers parking, registration for the day, and lunch only. Please note that lodging is NOT included in the registration fee and must be reserved separately.

3. Reserve your Accommodations by October 31st

Separate from event registration! Please make your reservations for Asilomar through the link on our Lodging Reservations page to receive The Volunteer Retreat housing and meal package.

Asilomar has provided a generously discounted housing and meal package for us. Each package includes lodging, parking, and all meals, starting with dinner on your day of arrival through lunch on your day of departure. If you choose to stay at another facility, you will need to pay the day use fee of $150 per day of attendance (includes parking and lunch only).

• Single Occupancy Rate $296.94 per night, per person
• Double Occupancy Rate $197.12 per night, per person*

* If you would like to have a roommate for the conference, please note instructions on our Lodging Reservations page.

There are options for bringing family members or rooming with others that are not participating at the conference. Please see the Lodging Reservations page for more details.

Please note that lodging is NOT included in the registration fee. Rooms must be reserved by October 31, 2019 for The Volunteer Retreat package rate.
