Eating Smart • Being Active
Eating Smart • Being Active is a nutrition education and healthy lifestyles curriculum for adults. Eating Smart • Being Active focuses on simple lessons related to nutrition and exercise and gives participants a chance to apply new information through interactive activities. The workshops are designed to move participants from the "thinking" phase to taking desired health actions. A food sampling, small incentive and easy physical activity are included with each class. Learn how easy it is to make healthy lifestyle choices!
