Bulk Actions

The Main File Library can also perform bulk actions, for example, should you decide to delete a large list of files, or for that matter, upload a large group of files. To do so, click on the Bulk Actions button in the blue navigation bar:

You will notice toggle boxes appearing next to your files, and here is where the magic begins.

By clicking on multiple toggle boxes, you are preparing those file for a bulk action. You may delete them or add them to a group.

Once deleted, they are gone, so double check your intention. We don't have a safety net for recovering deleted files, other than our short term memories which shouldn't be depended on.
