Files in Use

Show File Use is a great way to see which of your files are actually in use, which can further help you organize and reduce unwanted files in your file library. Keep in mind this might take a few minutes as the site gets checked to see which files are in use.

Begin by clicking Show File Use in the blue bar of your Sitbuilder 3 Dashboard.

A dropdown alert will ask if you want to proceed, click yes. Green boxes will appear next to the files you have in use.

To see where they are deployed, click on the Edit/View button. The File Library will open and towards the bottom you will see where the file is being used.
