Calaveras High School

With the help of Master Gardeners, Calaveras High students, FoodCorps service members, teachers and community members we have begun the exciting process of restoring the Calaveras High School Farm! The goal is to create a self-sustaining educational farm that will grow produce for the school cafeterias, culinary classes, classroom tastings and local markets. In the last year we have installed an automated irrigation system, brought the sizable greenhouse back into production, created wire hoops for deer protection and have expanded the garden area significantly.
