General situation: Despite things warming up recently, our reference weather station for Yolo/Colusa/Solano is still behind the last couple of years and the 30-year average for heat accumulation, so far this season.

General situation Based on limited local travel, it looks like planting in the Dixon/Vacaville Area is past its peak, if not done for the season. The weather is starting to settle into its summer pattern and we are looking at temperatures building from a relatively cool spring.

Weather outlook: After further atypical cool, showery weather over the last week or so, the forecast for the next ten days shows a more settled period of dry weather with partial cloud cover and daytime highs gradually increasing towards 90F.
