Approaching the New Year: A Time of Gratitude and Reflection

The WIB Office Lily - spent many months drooping and close to not making it, and over the last month sprouted and has grown over 5 inches. Hoping all of 2026 will hold that same strength to continue to grow stronger.

Our Principles of Community state YOU ARE IMPORTANT, and this year again proves this community statement. Each of us has been integral to working towards our vision and mission. As we near the end of December and approach the new year, we want to express our gratitude to each of you, as together we have made this year's successes and accomplishments possible.

Amid the various changes and challenges that emerged, you have kept our values at the forefront of your decisions and actions.

During this holiday season, we want to wish everyone a time of great joy and connection, and new opportunities to welcome whimsy and creativity into your life. Reflecting on 2025, we should be proud of everything we have accomplished - both in our professional roles and personal lives. What goals were you able to accomplish this past year, and what goals do you aim to achieve in the upcoming year? Having time to look back on the year as a whole will enable us to enter 2026 with a clear vision of what the new year ahead of us will become.

Thank you all for an incredible year of change, resilience, and adaptability. Our unit cannot wait to see what we will accomplish together in the new year!
