A Sunday Garden Tour

As a gardener, I enjoy visiting a variety of gardens whenever I go out of town and have the time. This gives me a chance to see how the gardens are designed, see plants I may not know, find some I want to try to grow, but not sure how they might fit in my own garden.

Some Plants of the Galapagos

My husband and I recently returned from a trip to the Galapagos Islands. The adventure was remarkable and fast paced. We are still mentally sorting out our experiences and memories. We treasure the opportunity we had to see so many different animals in their natural habitat.

Don't Tie Up Your Tree!

I bought this house in May last year. I was excited to see that there were 4 growing fruit trees in the backyard. At that time I knew I would be doing some future tree maintenance. There were many issues to deal with before I got a chance to really look at my fruit trees.
