Starting Friday, Dec. 10, at 12 noon to Monday, Dec. 13, at 6 a.m., the UCPath system will be unavailable to all UC employees during the UCPath Upgrade cutover.
Impact: During this time, employees will not have access to UCPath and will not be able to complete activities online including:
- Submitting inquiries or cases
- Viewing pay statements
- Making address changes
- Enrolling direct deposit
- Viewing and applying for jobs in TAM
- Managing ePerformance evaluations
During this outage, UCPath Center phone access will be available as normal: (855) 982-7284 Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Updated FAQs for paid administrative leave
On March 16, President Napolitano issued an Executive Order outlining expanded paid administrative leave to address the extraordinary demands placed on UC employees due to impacts related to COVID-19 on themselves and their family members. In preparation for UCPath, a new version of the time reporting system (TRS) will be deployed in early September for August monthly timesheets.
- Monthly paid employees will use the new TRS to report August vacation and sick leave
- Wait until Monday, Sept. 9, to log into TRS (trs.ucdavis.edu) to enter your August leave usage
- Submit your August timesheet by Friday, Sept. 13
- Supervisors approve by Tuesday, Sept 17, 10 a.m.
If monthly paid employees submit their time before Sept. 9 in the old TRS, the timesheet WILL NOT be saved or processed!
