While mobile applications (iPhone, etc) are appealing in many ways, there are also many downsides. In ANR we've taken a different approach to making our content accessible to a mobile audience- responsive web design.

Lots of apps I use are really interfaces to a web "application" like my credit union or the train schedule. Can the responsive design environment do that easily? I'm thinking about things like the chill calculator or the Master Gardener VMS.
