Have you ever wondered how the countywide events are decided on, created and run? Tehama County Leader's Council meets monthly to discuss, plan and evaluate county programs, budget and events. Council meetings are open for all 4-H leaders, members & parents.

4-H Enrollment and More

4-H Enrollment The 4-H program year is July 1 - June 30. 4-H Membership is open to youth between the ages of 5-18 as of December 31, 2025. 4-H membership must enroll annually.
