Treasurer's Training Day 2025-2026 4-H Year - TBA As an officer, you will manage the planning and implementation of the clubs programs and business. You will be a guardian of the clubs legal, financial, social, and educational responsibilities.
As the 4-H treasurer, you help plan the clubs budget for the year, keep all the banking and financial records for your club and help make sure that your clubs money is used responsibly, ethically and fairly. Use this manual and the forms below.
Vice Presidents fill in for the president and presides over the meeting if the president is absent, therefore, the vice president must understand the roles and responsibilities of the president listed above.
The secretary records all of the business of the meeting and a record of each members attendance. Secretaries provide a report at each meeting by presenting the minutes from the previous meeting.
