Conservation Practices Field Day
About the Event
The Field Day will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 8:30am - 3:00pm at Le Fort's Organic Farm in Creston, CA. Please see the agenda below.
Note: this event will be held entirely outdoors and walking on uneven ground will be a part of the agenda. If heavy rain is in the forecast, the event will likely be postponed - registrants will be notified of any changes.
This event will provide practical skills, knowledge, and resources to help you navigate conservation practices on your farm, with a focus on organic production. Learn from extension specialists, technical assistance providers, and farmer-to-farmer knowledge exchange about practices and tools to help you make informed decisions.
The week prior to the event all registrants will receive address, directions and parking instructions for the event.
El día de campo se celebrará el martes, 3 de febrero 2026, desde las 8:30 hasta las 15:00 en LeFort's Organic Farm, ubicada en Creston, CA. Por favor, consulte el horario a contnuación.
Se nota: el evento se celebrará totalmente afuera y caminar por terreno iregular estará parte de las actividades. Si se pronostican lluvias intensas, es probable que el evento se posponga; se notificará a los inscritos cualquier cambio.
El evento proporcionará habilidades prácticas, conocimientos y recursos para ayudarle a manejar prácticas de conservación en su granja y enfocará en la producción orgánica.
La semana antes del evento todos los registrados recibirá la dirección de la granja, como llegar, e instrucciones de estacionamiento.
