About Eric Schueler
Eric Schueler manages all facets of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, ground and building leases, and facility development for UC ANR.
Prior to joining UC ANR, Mr. Schueler worked within the Real Estate Services & Strategies Department at the University of California Office of the President, where he managed complex real estate transactions, including long-term ground leases and public-private partnership (3P) projects. His responsibilities included securing Regental and delegated approvals while ensuring compliance with University procedures and policies.
Before joining the University of California system, Mr. Schueler worked in commercial real estate development and investment acquisitions for several prominent firms, including Sares Regis of Northern California, Panattoni Development Company, Pacific Union, Nearon Enterprises, and Meridian Property Company. He began his career as a commercial appraiser.

About Logan Daniels
Logan Daniels oversees all phases of real estate development for UC ANR, including project entitlements, design, pre-construction and construction management and also supports the real estate team in acquisitions, dispositions, and ground and building leases.
Prior to joining UC ANR, Mr. Daniels served as the Managing Director at Presidio Bay Ventures, he led development on significant commercial projects, including transforming 88 Spear (“The Spear”) into an innovative “office resort” and guiding the creation of 642 Quarry (“Ideate”), a state-of-the-art life science campus. His oversight spanned from due diligence to GMP negotiations, consistently driving successful outcomes for complex developments.
Before Presidio Bay Ventures, Mr. Daniels worked in commercial real estate development and construction for several prominent firms, including Maximus Real Estate Partners, Nick Podell Company and Nibbi Brothers.
Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, is a LEED Green Associate, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, SPUR, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
