Building Requests and Feedback

Suggestion Box

Use the Suggestion Box to:

  • Submit suggestions related to the Second Street Building.
  • Request discussion of emerging issues by the Second Street Space and Operations Committee.
  • Bring issues and potential solutions to the attention of Second Street Unit Leaders.

Facilities Request Form

Use the Facilities Request Form for routine facilities-related questions and requests, including:

  • Building repairs
  • HVAC and temperature concerns
  • Supply requests
  • Copier and printer issues
  • Keys, fobs, and bike lockers
  • Janitorial services

Building Resources

Second Street Handbook

The Second Street Building Handbook provides information about building operations, conference room reservations, emergency procedures, parking, workplace policies, and other resources for employees.

New employees are encouraged to review the handbook to become familiar with building operations and services.

Where to Submit Requests

  • General workspace requests: Brian Oatman, Director, Facilities Planning & Management
  • Medical accommodation-related requests: Jodi Rosenbaum, Employee Relations Business Consultant, Human Resources

Approval Process and Timeline

The Second Street Space and Operations Committee reviews all workspace requests. The committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month.

To be considered at an upcoming meeting, requests must be received by the Friday preceding the committee meeting.
