Zucchini Pickles Workshop

UC Master Food Preservers Sandy Earl & Ashley Stone will lead a workshop on making delicious zucchini bread & butter pickles at home. In this "hands-on" event, you and a small team will each make and can a jar of pickles. You'll make the pickles in class and pick up on Monday, June 22. This is a hands-on workshop. Just to let you know, registration is required.

Thursday, June 18. 5:30–7:30 p.m.

UCCE Agriculture Building, 5630 South Broadway, Eureka

The fee is $25 per person. Credit card only. So that you know, there are no refunds. We have very limited spots for this workshop. Only 20 people will be able to sign up and attend.
