Yogurt Made Simple

Hands-On Workshop
Yogurt Made Simple. Hands-on Workshop

UC Master Food Preserver Barbara Goldberg will lead a workshop on making delicious yogurt at home. In this "hands-on" event, you and a small team will each make a quart jar of yogurt. You'll make the yogurt in class and take it home in a small cooler to incubate.

The workshop is led by the UC Master Food Preservers of Humboldt/Del Norte Counties. Just to let you know, registration is required.

Thursday, May 21. 5:30–7:30 p.m.
UCCE Agriculture Building, 5630 South Broadway, Eureka

The fee is $25 per person. Credit card only. So that you know, there are no refunds.

We have very limited spots for this workshop. Only 20 people will be able to sign up and attend.
