Under the general direction of the Infrastructure Supervisor, the Microsoft 365 Dynamics Administrator serves as the administrator for the organizations Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics environments. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, security, and support of Microsoft 365 services and Dynamics applications.The incumbent monitors system performance and availability, manages user access and administrative configurations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinates with internal development teams, vendors, and other technical resources for application enhancements, integrations, and complex technical issues.This position is a career appointment that is 100 fixed.The home department is IT Services.
