The State of California requires that all youth showing or selling an animal at a fair in California be certified in YQCA - Youth for the Quality Care of Animals.
Training can be taken online or at an Instructor-Led Training. Both of these require that you register on the YQCA website in order to obtain the certificate that you will need in order to register for fair.
If you attended an Instructor-Led Training but did not pre-register on the YQCA website, you can ALSO register afterward.
