The Trinity County 4-H Program Leadership Team includes all county 4-H adult volunteers, intermediate and senior youth members (4-H age 11-18 years old), and county 4-H personnel. The team provides a structure for personnel, volunteers, and youth to collaborate on program development, countywide activities, fund development, and resource allocation to grow and sustain 4-H.
Within the team, an Administrative Oversight Committee (AOC) is appointed by 4-H personnel. The AOC approves annual program plans and budgets, reviews and monitors expenditures, and focuses on membership growth.
