Cosmic Impact: Launch Your Spark at the 2026 California 4-H State Leadership Conference!
Join 4-H youth 11-19 for an inspiring experience packed with hands-on workshops, dynamic speakers, and sessions that build your leadership, communication, goal-setting, and life readiness skills. What’s New for 2026?
All Together
For the first time, all age groups will arrive on the same day! Conference participants will gather beginning Thursday, July 23, for four exciting days of learning, leadership, and fun.
Choose Your Mission
Participants will select from five dynamic program tracks focused on personal interests, leadership development, and career exploration. Friday sessions will center around each participant’s chosen mission area, while Saturday workshops will allow youth to travel beyond their primary mission and explore new galaxies of interest.
