This workshop focuses on connecting people both internally and externally to UC ANR, building the skills and practice to navigate relationships and communication strategies to bridge common ground. Training will provide specific skills, tools, and practice to support both UC ANR staff and academics. Part of the training will focus on communication skills to bridge to new communities and another part will focus on managing difficult conversations in the workplace.
Interactive with learning and practice. Small class sizes of 25 people. Opportunity to meet with expert facilitator post class to address specific communication issues. Each of these will be live trainings. A recording of the session only available for those who attended the sessions.
