New and experienced gardeners alike are welcome to join Treva Valentine, UC Master Gardener of Yolo County, in her Kitchen Garden Chat to discuss choosing cover crops, how to choose garlic varieties, and demystifying seed saving. Kitchen Garden Chat meets monthly and provides tips for the edible garden. Treva takes a science-based approach to what kitchen gardeners can be planting, how to harvest, pests they should expect and how to deal with them, and chores that should be on their gardening to-do lists. Questions about edibles are welcome and encouraged!
