Come and get sticky with the Master Food Preservers of Orange County. Learn how to replace sugar with the golden goodness of honey in your canning recipes. We will be discussing honey and safe sugar substitutions, and how they impact your preserved food’s taste and longevity.
We will be making a low-sugar Peach Honey Jam, sampling an assortment of honey varieties, plus taking home 4 ounces of honey with recipes to try with this bee-loved magical syrup.
