About the Event
Cal Poly Humboldt has developed the California Rangeland Education (CRED) Program, a series of five, 1-unit rangeland classes. You do not need to be formally admitted to Cal Poly Humboldt to enroll. The course meets once a week for four weeks. Four of the meetings are online, plus there is one in-person field trip for each course. The cost is $400 per class.
The class is:
- Rangeland Law and Economics
These courses are an excellent option if you are interested in pursuing a career in range management, including applying for federal Rangeland Management Specialist positions, if you don’t have a range background but your job has a range component, or if you just want to brush up on your rangeland knowledge.
