About the Event

The Heritage Museum of Orange County’s Open House is an opportunity for a guided docent and self led historic 1898 Kellogg House tour. The Museum has 12 acres of self led nature walks, OC Blacksmith Guild demonstrations at the Blacksmith Shop, and on September 20th two demonstrations by the UC Master Food Preservers of Orange County!

We will have an Information Booth to answer your general food preservation questions. Our first demonstration, 11am to 1pm, will be making Tomatillo Green Salsa. The second, 1pm to 3pm, will be making Grape Jelly with a Kick!

Come join us Saturday, September 20^th, at the Heritage Museum of Orange County to learn local history and get answers to your food preservation questions.
