The South Coast Research & Extension Center’s Open House & Urban Expo’s 70^th Anniversary Celebration is happening Saturday, October 3, from 9am – 2pm.

There will be UG AG & Natural Resource Academics, UC Master Food Preservers and Master Gardeners of Orange County on hand to answer all your questions.

Master Food Preservers of Orange County are there with an Information Booth! We will be there answering your general food preservation questions, demonstrating how to make condiments and providing testing for your pressure canner gauges.
