About the Event

Join us for a workshop series presented by the UC Master Food Preserver program. These workshops will help you learn how to safely preserve food at home and how to be more sustainable by reducing food waste. 

The Basics of Food Spoilage and Preservation will include cold refrigeration, freezing, and pantry storage. Perfect for all ages and abilities.
