Learn safe, modern home canning techniques so you can enjoy the best of summer’s fruits and vegetables year-round. UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties will show you how to preserve food through boiling water canning (also known as water-bath canning) and share creative ways to use your preserves in everyday meals, leaving you with the skills and confidence to can at home.
