Fall and Winter Vegetable and Herb Gardening

It’s time to start planning your fall and winter vegetable and herb crops. We will cover topics such as soil improvement, what to plant and when, cover cropping, succession planting, and growing in containers. We will have time after the presentation to do some planting in the new Master Gardener rooftop demonstration garden.

UC Master Gardener Presenter Jonathan Propp: Jonathan has been a UC Master Gardener since 2008. He specializes in growing organic fruits and vegetables and enjoys sharing his vegetable gardening knowledge.
