Record Book Manual Star Ranks (PDF) - This manual is for Intermediate and Senior 4-H members who have previously earned at least a Bronze Star in the Star Rank Program. It outlines all the parts of the Record Book and includes instructions for completing each form. All other members must use the Record Book with Achievement Program. The Record Book Manual and Record Book Forms are separate documents.
