The county 4-H program is organized by smaller local community clubs. Yolo County clubs meet monthly throughout Clarksburg, Davis, Woodland, and the Esparto/Capay Valley.

Presentation Day is an event held annually for current members of Yolo County 4-H. It is a competitive event which provides members the opportunity to practice their public speaking skills. Members are encouraged to gain public speaking skills, as this is critical of leaders.
The projects that children can participate in depends upon the interests of the members, and the willingness of the adult volunteers.We encourage all parents to volunteer to lead a project. Materials and curriculum resources are available to help you.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PROGRAM EXPENSES Members can request a scholarship from Yolo County Leaders Council for various 4-H activity expenses that occur during the 4-H year. Please see the form and instructions for requesting a Leaders Council Program Scholarship.
