About the Event
The UC Master Food Preservers of Orange County are at the Farmer’s Markets to help you preserve your produce purchases, answer food safety and food preservation questions (canning, fermentation, dehydration, freezing, storage), and guide you to reliable resources from literature, websites and recipes that provide preparation methods necessary to safely preserve! Seasonal preservation demonstrations will be offered to show you what and how to preserve produce available at the Ladera Ranch Farmer’s Market.
This market is planning a special "Community Connections" event inviting some local groups that have joined in the past to share information about their group or club.
