Come see the Master Food Preservers of Orange County!

We will be at the Orange County Fair

Friday July 19th - Sunday August 18.

Wednesday through Sunday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

UC Orange County Master Food Preservers will be demonstrating methods of preserving food at the Orange County Fair in the OC Promenade Building.

Come watch, learn, and ask food preserving questions. We will have items on display and will be demonstrating preservation processes throughout the day.
