About the Event
Come join the UC Master Food Preservers of Sacramento County for our annual Gifts from the Kitchen event! This year, we are celebrating the Saturday Spread party – an event where friends gather to exchange homemade gifts and treats. Come ready to create homemade gifts and sample delicious treats covered in class, like spiced honey, cranberry sauce, country chili, herbed sourdough, and chocolate cherry muffins. You will leave ready to host your own gift exchange and share the holiday spirit!
Registration will include the following:
Drinks/refreshments
Participants will go home with:
- Tote bag to carry gifts home
- Materials to assemble homemade gifts (jars, spices, labels, ribbon)
- Additional gift material for take home activities (labels, ribon,fabric jar covers)
- Recipe book
