Participants will use their Spark to learn about ways to serve their communities. Through education, service, advocacy and activism participants will explore opportunities to use their Spark in creating positive change in the world.

Every leader has his/her own style. Equally as we are not all the same people, we are naturally also not all the same leaders. Knowing about different leadership styles is helping you to find your own personal style. Recognizing your dominant leadership style is a good place to start in understanding what kind of leader you are. Knowing about other leadership styles, and using them when necessary, is the next step in your leadership evolution. It is important to recognize and develop your own style, not trying to be someone else. Being true to yourself, and confident with who you are will make you a good leader.
