Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers at this free introductory online class and learn how to use boiling water and atmospheric steam canners to can jams and jellies. Along the way, learn about why you need different kinds of pectin for full/low/no-sugar recipes. Watch two live canning demonstrations and glean tips from experienced canners.
