In this demonstration, presented by UCCE Master Food Preservers of Orange County (https://ucanr.edu/sites/MFPOC/), you will learn how to safely preserve foods from the season, in this Farm to Table demonstration.

This demonstration will bring you up to date on the latest preserving processes recommendations, teach you how to preserve food safely and it will provide the reasons behind the instructions. You will learn what equipment is needed and proper storage methods.

And, there will be a give away for first 20 to sign up: Tomato and cilantro planting kits!
