1st - The clubs Project Completion Sheet 's are due at the County 4-H Office. Be sure to use the current program year's sheet.

15th - Club Leader fill out Placer 4-H Annual Club Update to alert 4-H office of all expected adult volunteers(club leaders, VECs, adult treasurer, officer advisor, project leaders, etc) and club meeting information for website

July

1st - Start of 4-H year

10th - 4-H office gains ability to add all projects into ZSuite

Note: 4-H office must receive completed 4-H Annual Project Plan prior to adding projects into ZSuite

26th - Financial Peer Review Workshop, 7pm-8:30pm

  • If club has not completed and turned in Financial Peer Review & End of Year Forms prior to August 26th:
    • 2023-24 Youth Treasurer must attend
    • 1 additional enrolled Youth must attend
    • 2 enrolled Adults must attend

26th - End of Year Forms due to 4-H office. These forms can be turned in as soon as completed after you receive your June bank statement and have your Financial Peer Review completed.

  • All clubs forms are due on August 26th. If it is determined that things need to be fixed and additional review is needed, club must turn in by September 15 to continue as a club in 2024-2025.
  • Complete Treasurer Book
  • Complete Secretary Book
  • Form 6.2 Annual Inventory
  • Form 6.3 Annual Financial Report
  • Forms 8.5, 8.6 Peer Review
  • Form 8.4 Club Budget
  • Outreach Methods - Completed online by Club Leader before September 15th.
  • Clubs need to submit complete Treasurer & Secretary binders to the County 4-H Office

September

September 30 - Beginning of year Treasurer Manual Forms turned into the County 4-H Office.

  • Club Banking Information Form (found in Beginning of Year section)
  • 8.4 Club Budget - completed and approved by club(Club President Signature, Treasurer Signature, Club Leader Signature)
  • 8.7 Fundraising Approval Form (for any planned fundraisers. Additional forms to be submitted throughout year as needed)

    • Should be completed and approved by club, including Club President, Club Treasurer and Club Leader signatures
  • 8.7 Fundraising Approval
    • This form can be turned in throughout the year. Be sure to allow plenty of time for the County 4-H Office approval.
