Facilities Use Request
For ALL Projects, Meetings, or Events, a Facility Use Request form (FUR) MUST be submitted by the Club/Project Leader PRIOR to the beginning of a project, meeting, or event.
A Safety Plan MUST be filled out for ALL in-Person Meetings
Spending & Reimbursement **NEW & UPDATED**
All 4-H related expenditures for clubs’ projects, workshops, or events WILL NEED to get pre-approved BEFORE purchases can be done.
