If you've stopped to take a look at the ANR Blog stats lately you may have noticed quite a few changes over the past few weeks. The first change is the graph. We are now using Google's Charting tool to draw charts that are much better to look at than the previous charts.
Another part of the recent changes include the addition of date fields. This allows the entry of start and end date so that the stats between those dates can be retrieved easily.

Once again the Web Action team is releasing something new! Something that many have asked for one way or another. Currently you may track your blogs statistics using the built in visits counter (which is not precise at all). Or you may use Google Analytics. Which works great except for the fact that your blog may be incorporated into many different Site Builder 2 and Site Builder 3 sites and Google Analytics cannot track these. This makes tracking blog stats almost impossible... Until now!

The magic word of the day is "Statistics", more specifically Blog Statistics. Yes you heard me right. Blog Statistics! Now your asking me what is this picture of Google Analytics for? I'm glad you asked! Typically we have a program called Smarter Stats for statistics. Unfortunately, for this program will not work properly for the ANR Blogs. So we decided that it would be better to use Google Analytics for gathering stats. Google Analytics is a free, easy, and very powerful website statistics package. The only drawback is you need to go to Google to see your stats. Which really is not that hard at all. So with this in mind we wired the ANR Blogs to work harmoniously with Google Analytics.
