Elkus Ranch offers overnight opportunities to schools and organized, insured, incorporated youth groups with their leaders and chaperones. Groups will stay in platform tents or in their own tents on Elkus Ranch property and provide their own food, bedding and flashlights.
Interested in long-term volunteer work, service learning or internship opportunities? We have worked with pre-veterinary students, vet tech students, and high school students for their school's learning or service requirements. Contact Amy Bono at abono@ucanr.
The Environmental Education Field Trips at Elkus Ranch provide hands-on opportunities to learn about the production of food and fiber, the inter-relationships of plants and animals in their natural habitats, and the importance of environmental stewardship.
There are many ways to support UC Elkus Ranch! We depend on donations, program fees and grants to keep us running and appreciate additional support through volunteer work.
