Eligibility
4-H Members must renew their membership each year to continue to participate in the 4-H program.
For projects and events that are continuing past the June 30 4-H year end, 4-H members and volunteers may continue their participation without re-enrolling.
For all 4-H activities (meetings, projects, events) starting from July 1st in the new 4-H year members and volunteers must complete enrollment BEFORE participating.
- Primary Member: Must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2025. Youth who turn 9 on or after January 1, 2026 must participate as a primary member until the end of the program year.
- Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Members: Must be 9 years old on or before December 31, 2025. Youth may join if they are not 19 years old on or before December 31, 2025. Youth who turn 19 and who are already a 4-H member may continue capstone activities through December 31, 2026.
How to Enroll Returning 4-H Youth Members
A returning 4-H youth member is a youth who has previously enrolled in the Napa County 4-H Program. If you have any changes to your participation from the previous program year that may require coordination with 4-H staff or adult volunteers before enrolling, please reach out to Suzanne Raudaskoski at suzanne.raudaskoski@countyofnapa.org.
STEP 1: Enroll Online (ZSuite)
Go to https://4h.zsuite.org.
Complete and submit a 4-H youth member enrollment application.
Login to Primary profile and click Enroll Member/Volunteer Now for the applicable member. Enter all required information and submit. The youth member enrollment status will show as PENDING APPROVAL.

STEP 2: Submit the Enrollment Fee ($62/youth)
Choose one of the following:
Online (Credit Card): Pay at https://bit.ly/napaenrollmentfee; service fee added.
Check or Cash: Payable to UC Regents
Drop off or mail to:
UCCE Napa 4-H, 1710 Soscol Avenue, Suite 4, Napa, CA 94559
(no service fee charged for checks or cash).
Request Fee Waiver: To request a waiver or reduction of program enrollment fees, please submit your request in writing to the 4-H office.
STEP 3: Wait for Approval
Your application will be reviewed. When approved, notification of your 4-H youth enrollment will be sent from ZSuite.
