Letter from a recent graduate:

SS-Adult

This class was very beneficial for me. I learned a lot, and as a mother I can use what I learned to improve the wellbeing of my family. Thanks a lot to the instructor for her patience when teaching and explaining the materials, and for giving us ideas for preparing healthy meals. Thank you for everything!
