UC Cooperative Extension Sonoma County

Sonoma County 4-H Program

The 4-H program offers youth hands-on learning experiences, skills, leadership, and memories that last a lifetime.

Youth can get involved through our Community Clubs, which offer projects such as outdoor adventures, leather crafting, beekeeping, ATVs, and livestock education, there's over 100 projects to spark interest for youth.

Our 4-H Soccer Program helps youth build teamwork, communication skills, and a foundation for healthy living, all while having fun on the field.

4-H Summer Camp is a week-long overnight experience packed with classic camp activities—tie-dyeing shirts, sing-alongs, skits, and more-with hands-on educational workshops in a fun, supportive environment.

Through our STEM programs held at after-school locations, youth enjoy science, technology, engineering, and math by designing and building bridges, houses, piñatas, and even Lego robotics.

No matter their interests, 4-H offers something for every young person—guiding them to learn by doing, lead with confidence, and making friendships that last a lifetime. Whatever their interests, 4-H helps youth learn by doing, lead with confidence, and build lasting friendships.
